What Lucidity Bot is
Lucidity Bot is a lead operations layer that sits between lead arrival and your CRM. Every lead enters through a configured Intake for one Business: a webhook receiving JSON, an email inbox parsing ADF or JSON, or website form capture through the tracking pixel. Lucidity normalizes the submission into a first-party Lead with an Interest summary, Source, and attribution, runs a Validation, and routes qualified leads to the Destinations that Business configured, recording every Delivery attempt.
Around that core sit the operational surfaces: typed Workspaces for direct operators, multi-location groups, and agencies; client groups and scoped memberships; GA4 property links per business for traffic context; automated report runs with tracked data freshness; and a read-only MCP server so an AI client can query your leads and analytics.
One-paragraph verdict: if your leads arrive as forms, webhooks, or marketplace feeds and the pain is junk filtering, routing, and proving delivery to a CRM, Lucidity is purpose-built for that job and honest about nothing else. If your leads are phone calls, or you sell leads to buyers, or you want self-serve checkout today, pick a product built for that: the comparison pages name them without strawmen.
What it does well
Validation with explicit outcomes. Every lead runs checks on phone, email, address, name, duplicates, source, attribution, and history, each recording status, confidence, normalized values, and reason codes. The overall outcome is one of qualified, review, discarded, or error, and it gates delivery. Ambiguous evidence holds a lead for human review instead of silently discarding a reachable person, and provider errors retry rather than vanish. Most tools in this market score or filter; Lucidity writes down why.
Delivery evidence as a first-class record. Each Delivery to a Destination is pending, succeeded, or failed, with the response preserved and resend or reprocess one action away. When a client or stakeholder asks where a lead went, the answer is an auditable record rather than a reconstruction from two systems' logs. This is the single feature customers keep, and no call tracker or lead reporter in our comparison set owns it the same way.
First-party facts with honest GA4 context. Lucidity's lead and delivery counts are first-party and current. GA4 is treated as traffic context that may lag, with data freshness tracked per report, instead of pretending one number owns both truths. If you have ever reconciled a GA4 form count against a CRM count, that discipline is the product.
Business-agnostic intake formats. ADF XML from automotive marketplaces, JSON from any website or platform webhook, and emailed leads all become the same Lead shape. Sixteen connectors cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, HighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Teams, Zapier, Make, generic webhook, and ADF and standard email.
An MCP server, not just an API. Lucidity exposes a read-only Model Context Protocol server with its own OAuth 2.1 authorization, so an AI client such as ChatGPT or Claude can answer questions about your businesses, leads, and analytics without exports or pasted spreadsheets. Every tool is read-only, idempotent, and scoped to current memberships. Details on the MCP connection page.
Workspace modeling that matches real org charts. Direct, Group, and Agency workspaces; every Business in exactly one client group; memberships scoped per workspace, group, or business; each business owning its intakes, destinations, pixel, GA4 link, and report subscriptions. Agencies managing many clients do not trip over each other's scope.
Where Lucidity stops, stated plainly
- No call tracking. No tracking numbers, no dynamic number insertion, no recording or transcription. If calls are your lead flow, you need a call tracker alongside Lucidity or instead of it. See Lucidity vs CallRail.
- No session replay, heatmaps, or chat capture. Lucidity's pixel tracks visits for attribution and captures configured website forms. It does not replace those specialized tools.
- No lead marketplace. There is no ping post, buyer bidding, or buyer management. If you sell leads, use a distribution platform. See Lucidity vs Phonexa.
- No public plan table. Pricing is per billable Business and quoted through a demo. That slows comparison shopping; we accept the trade because lead volume and destination mixes vary widely.
- No self-serve signup. Public signup is disabled by default in production, and onboarding is assisted: workspaces are provisioned for you, and the owner takes over through a single-use claim link. Teams that want to swipe a card and go will find that friction real.
- A young platform. Lucidity has few public reviews and a short track record compared with category incumbents. We would rather earn the reference than fabricate the rating.
- GA4 context requires configuration. Traffic context depends on a Google connection and an active GA4 property link per business. Without it, lead facts still work, but the traffic half of the story is absent.

What onboarding actually looks like
A workspace is provisioned for you with a trial window. Businesses are created for each site or client you route for. Intakes are configured per business, one format over one transport each. Destinations are connected with the CRM or tool each business uses. The tracking pixel installs on the business's site, a Google connection authorizes GA4 access, and a property link binds the business to its property. Report subscriptions schedule the automated reports. Routing runs while the trial or subscription is active; an expired trial pauses routing, but leads are still received, validated, and stored, so nothing is lost while you decide.
How Lucidity compares to the market
The honest one-liners: CallRail, WhatConverts, and CTM measure and handle calls; Invoca analyzes conversations at enterprise scale; Phonexa and LeadsPedia run lead markets; Lucidity guards the pipeline into your CRM. The detailed, source-linked versions live on the comparison pages: vs CallRail, vs WhatConverts, vs CallTrackingMetrics, vs Invoca, and vs Phonexa, plus the neutral CallRail vs WhatConverts comparison.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Lucidity Bot cost?
There is no public plan table. Workspaces start with a trial, and subscriptions are priced per billable Business, the non-archived business counted by billing, which public copy may call a site or website. Request a quote through a demo so the price matches your lead volume and destinations.
Does Lucidity Bot track phone calls?
No. It validates phone numbers as contact data and delivers leads that include them, but provides no tracking numbers, dynamic number insertion, recording, or transcription. Call-heavy teams pair Lucidity with a call tracker.
Can I sign up without talking to anyone?
No. Public self-serve signup is disabled by default in production. Onboarding is assisted: your workspace is provisioned, configured with you, and handed over through a single-use claim link.
What is the difference between Lucidity Bot and Lucidity Connect?
Bot is the lead qualification, routing, and attribution product in this review, backed by the Adonis API. Connect is a separate dealership calling and texting workspace backed by Convex. They share no backend or customer app, though Bot can deliver leads into Connect as a destination.
Which CRMs does Lucidity deliver to?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, HighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, and Make, plus generic webhook, ADF email, and standard email. Every destination uses exactly one connector and records each delivery attempt.
