About Lucidity

First-party Lead operations, with clear boundaries.

Lucidity gives agencies and direct operators one workflow for capturing, validating, routing, and recording the Delivery of first-party Leads.

What Lucidity does

Lucidity is a lead routing, tracking, and analytics platform. It serves agencies that operate across customer businesses and direct operators that manage their own businesses and Locations. Both can organize access and Lead operations within one Workspace while keeping each Business and Location explicit.

The product overview shows how the platform brings those records together.

From capture to Delivery

  1. Capture: approved website forms, intake webhooks, email, or supported feeds create a first-party Lead record with the observed source context.
  2. Validation: Lucidity checks the Lead for usable contact details, duplicate evidence, and routing requirements before the next action.
  3. Delivery: the Lead is matched to the intended Business, Location, and Destination. Each Delivery attempt records its own outcome so transport success and failure are not reduced to a single generic status.

GA4 reporting is traffic context around that workflow. GA4 can help explain sessions, campaigns, and form activity, but Lucidity treats the captured Lead and its Delivery attempts as the first-party operational facts.

What Lucidity does not replace

Lucidity does not claim to replace a CRM. It prepares and routes Leads to configured Destinations and records Delivery evidence before the sales process continues in the systems an operator already uses.

Lucidity also does not claim to replace call tracking or conversation-intelligence software. Those tools can provide call-specific or conversation-specific evidence; Lucidity focuses on first-party Lead intake, Validation, routing, attribution context, and Delivery outcomes.

How Lucidity publishes guides

The Lucidity blog publishes practical guides about Lead quality, routing, Delivery, and attribution. Guides use primary sources, such as official platform documentation and relevant standards, for external systems. Product claims are checked against Lucidity's current implemented behavior rather than planned features.

When a primary source or implemented product behavior materially changes, the affected guidance is revised and its update date reflects that substantive change. Guides distinguish first-party Lead and Delivery facts from modeled or contextual analytics data, including GA4.
