What is Lucidity?
Lucidity makes two products for the same lead. Lucidity Bot is a lead quality,
routing, and attribution platform: it validates inbound inquiries, delivers
qualified leads to each business's CRM or other destinations, records each delivery
attempt, keeps the source evidence with the lead, and reports traffic context
through each business's Google Analytics 4 property. Lucidity Connect is a calling,
texting, and follow-up workspace for dealership BDC and internet sales teams.
What is Lucidity Connect?
Lucidity Connect is a browser-based workspace where a dealership's BDC or internet
sales team calls, texts, and follows up on leads. Reps work a call queue one lead at
a time, record the outcome and disposition of each call, and text from the
dealership's numbers. A 90-day cadence schedules the next attempt, and managers see
live activity, overdue follow-ups, appointments, and results. See
how Connect works.
Do Lucidity Bot and Connect work together?
Yes. Once a dealership connects Bot in Connect's Integrations settings, Bot sends
only qualified leads into Connect with the source attached, and new leads are queued
for a call right after any callbacks that are due. Each product also works on its
own: Connect accepts ADF/XML or JSON leads posted to its webhook by your CRM or lead
provider, CSV imports, and leads added by hand.
Can my dealership use Connect?
Yes. Connect is now onboarding new dealerships. Book a demo and tell us about your
BDC or internet sales team. If it's a fit, we quote your dealership based on its
setup and build your workspace with you, including texting from your dealership's
number.
How can I get a Lucidity demo?
Submit the demo request form with your business details and the product you're
interested in. We'll follow up to schedule a walkthrough of Bot, Connect, or both.
Is there a free trial?
For Lucidity Bot, yes. New Bot workspaces get a 14-day trial after the demo. The
whole workspace, including every business created during onboarding, is free during
the trial, and no card is required up front. If a trial expires without a
subscription, routing pauses but your dashboard stays usable so you can add billing.
Connect workspaces are set up by our team after a demo.
Who is Lucidity for?
Lucidity Bot is for marketing agencies that run lead operations for many client
businesses, and for operators that run their own locations, in any vertical.
Lucidity Connect is for franchise and independent car dealerships with a BDC or
internet sales team. Dealerships can use both: Bot checks and routes the lead, and
Connect works it.
How does Lucidity route leads?
Every business gets a dedicated intake path. Leads arriving from website forms,
webhooks, third-party marketplaces, or ADF/XML feeds are validated, kept with the
business they came in for, and forwarded to that business's configured destinations,
such as its CRM, ADF email, a webhook, or Slack, with the source evidence attached.
Lucidity Bot records each delivery attempt and its result.
Does Lucidity integrate with Google Analytics 4?
Yes. Each business links to one Google Analytics 4 property through a Google
connection your team owns. Lucidity reads reporting data from that property as
traffic context next to your lead records.
What does the Lucidity tracking pixel do?
The tracking pixel is a lightweight tag installed on a business's website. It
identifies the business and emits website activity so that leads can be attributed
to the campaigns, channels, and pages that produced them.
Does Lucidity work with AI assistants?
Yes. Lucidity Bot runs a read-only MCP server with its own OAuth 2.1 authorization,
so an MCP-compatible AI assistant can answer questions about your businesses, leads,
and analytics without exports. See how the MCP connection works.
Can one agency manage multiple businesses in Lucidity?
Yes. An agency account organizes businesses into client groups, one group per
client. Access can be limited to the whole account, a client, a business, or a
single location.
